Feel Better

Yoga. Something a lot of people are going on about. Something that makes a lot of people feel a lot better.

Yoga is from the root sanskrit word 'yuj' meaning 'unification'. Some say it could be as old as 5,000 years, so its been bringing the good stuff for a long time!

 

As well as the physical side, yoga serves to nurture your soul. It connects us to ourselves and each other, bringing peaceful awareness, acceptance and transformation using movement, breath and meditation.

Quite simply, we let go of the outside world and start looking at the inside world we've been carrying around this whole time... it's a wonderful place.

 

Regular practice strengthens the body, increases flexibility, improves balance and posture and aids overall bodily function. The mind is calmed and cleared. Priorities are restored. The benefits of yoga are far reaching and it is a boundless journey of self exploration.

 

Some of the happiest and most contented people on the planet do yoga; from every background imaginable. Why? Simple; Because Yoga makes you feel better.
